Bitmine, led by Tom Lee, has reduced its pace of acquiring Ethereum cryptocurrency. According to a statement by the company's chairman, this strategic shift is due to funds being redirected toward other corporate objectives.

Specifically, Bitmine repurchased 5,5illion of its common shares. These actions cost 86illion, taking priority over further accumulation of digital assets at previous volumes.

This decision marks a temporary departure from an aggressive ETH accumulation strategy in favor of supporting the value of the company's own securities on the stock market.
