Harmony has proposed winding down its network operations and migrating the ONE token to Ethereum. According to the published plan description, token issuance after the final block is intended to be directed toward an AI video creation business.

Users were advised to withdraw assets from smart contracts by 10 September, as on-chain applications and liquidity pools will not be migrated. The plan also includes freezing the state of ONE at the final block.

For holders and application users, this implies a need to account for the divergence between the migration of the asset itself and the lack of migration for applications and liquidity.
